1. Make sure you have proper oem parts for 60k service, if it hasnt been done yet, or within the past 5 years. Get a timing belt, water pump, tensioner, new belts, and hoses. 2. Stages are just marketing. You can do a lot within the mod sequence that the folks like Stillen and JWT put on their websites. I would do the a JWT Single pop intake, put in the ECU if its the right one (probably a single intake, boost jets, and exhaust, stage III setup), put the exhaust on when you get it, and sip a bit of scotch. Put that stuff on, and drive the car for a bit, before any more mods. Most of your budget will be on the 60k service, or other stuff that may need replacing soon (ie clutch, general maintenance, etc). 3. Buy a used set of intercoolers from a proven member of this site, or a new set from a site sponsor (Concept Z, Specialty Z, IPP, Powertrix, etc). Give it some time, as used ones pop up for around $500 to $600 now and again. Similar thing for the boost controller, but I would make sure I had an accurate boost gauge first, and only buy new (since its an electrical part). 4. Read up on this site....best site for z32s, period. Lots of knowledge here, and lots of good vendors. Take your time, enjoy the ride...Jeff
